1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or other external factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow small amount of hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some locations may have limited shipping options due to carrier restrictions.

6. Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
